Villa Visual Insight

Beautiful homes. Smart ideas. Visual inspiration.

Sunrooms are gorgeous in theory. Walls of glass. Light pouring in. But in practice, most become unusable from June through August. They turn into greenhouses. Too hot. Too bright. Too stuffy. Villa Visual Insight brings you before and after transformations with real photos — not renderings. Real problems. Real solutions. Beautiful results.

Before and After: A West-Facing Sunroom

The problem before
A west-facing sunroom built in the nineteen eighties. Single-pane glass floor to ceiling. No window treatments. From one to seven PM in summer, the room hit thirty-eight degrees while the rest of the house was twenty-six. Beautiful furniture that no one sat on for four months.

The solution
Cellular shades on all windows. A DC ceiling fan. A shade sail mounted on the west wall. And a small personal evaporative cooler near the seating area.

The result after
Peak afternoon temperature dropped from thirty-eight degrees to twenty-seven. The room is used daily for reading, working from home, and evening drinks. No central AC added. No structural changes. Still beautiful. Just smarter.

Why Villa Visual Insight
Real homes, real photos. Design plus function. Inspiration you can copy.
